I purchased the Nurecover Tropic Home Steam Sauna - TropicPro in 12/4/24 which included tracked 3-5 day shipping and as of today, 12/26/24, I still haven’t received it. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to Nurecover, all of which have gone without response. The customer support has been nonexistent and extremely frustrating.
