Update: Received product almost 1 month later (Jan. 2), put it together and the poles sent were way too short. Have requested full refund.Ordered 12/4, as of 12/25 have not received. It took 6 emails and blasting on social media to get a response informing me the gifts I ordered with 3-5 days shipping on 12/4 would not be here by Christmas. Refund will not be given as the items have supposedly shipped!
