I ordered my sauna on December 3rd and still haven't received it. It was clearly shipped to Los Angeles and I'm in St.louis. FedEx said they returned the package to sender because they weren't able to deliver it.I contacted your company through email with a clear explanation and received a return email that said they see the package was delivered on December 16th. not bothering to read my explanation and see it was delivered in Los Angeles,then returned to sender. I'm still waiting for some kind of response.
