I love the sauna, the directions are horrible, I had to watch you tube videos to figure out how to correctly assemble and use the product successfully! The top is difficult to move lock/unlock and how do you turn the thing off???? I have to unplug it..uggggAlso how about heping us to the fact that the water builds up in the sauna and the water inside the steam pot needs to be dumped, everything wiped down...just some dam basic help!!!1
