I ordered my Sauna and Ice Bath on 26 November for Christmas presents. Ice bath came in two days however 26 days later I have yet to receive my Sauna. Customer service is terrible. Cant get through to anyone and no get backs to you with any real information. It is now 22nd December and have no ideas if it's coming at all. I am not happy as it was a lot of Money spent.
