On Nov 29th I was price comparing Ice Bath units and was on the Nurecover's website looking at different options for water chillers on my phone. Shopify apparently has a button that orders products without taking you to a cart or giving the option to cancel an order. I accidentally hit the button and found this out the hard way. Within seconds I sent multiple messages to Nurecover to please cancel my order. But I wasn't contacted until the following morning, and was told that the order was processed and there is nothing I can do to stop it! Then, I wait a month to receive the product while my money is tied up! A MONTH! how on earth am I unable to cancel seconds after I "order" but don't receive it for a month??? I finally received the chiller on Dec 28th and sent pictures to start the return process, only to be told I have to purchase the return label myself! It gets better, THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE! so, to recap, I by pressing a button, I am out ATEAST $200 if I return this product I never wanted in the first place. The customer service has been slow to respond and very unhelpful so far.
