They have no customer service team, only AI and automated responses which makes communication almost impossible. I tried to cancel an order immediately after it was placed in error and didn’t receive a response for 4 days on the day it was shipped. The response was we can’t cancel orders because our order placements are so fast and efficient but contact us after you get it and we can work on getting it returned. I’m going to return it but can’t imagine how long that will take with this response time.
