I ordered a sauna and cold plunge on 12.10 and have received no order confirmation via email - just a text. Their text line does not take answers, the US call center has no agents, and I can't find anything on the shop.com tracking outside of an order number and that the order (s) have been confirmed. I hope the product, if it ever gets here is worth the $ - I have no idea when it will arrive and basically have no way to get in contact with their customer service to understand when it's going to arrive, which is really difficult considering travel around the holidays, etc.
