Simply avoid

Edit: nurecover reached out via Trustpilot and requested my information to resolve my issues. I provided my contact information within a few hours of their request, 9 days later and I still haven't heard from them. What else is there to say about this company? Their response to this review was all for show, they just want to seem like they care. They can't even provide the bare minimum.I'm not sure where all the good reviews came from, but this company should be avoided. I understand that this is an affordable budget sauna; however, that means nothing if parts are constantly breaking. Delivery time was always around 3-4 weeks, and you'll see why that became annoying.I've owned this product for over a year, and it's been used 2-3 times a week. Let's start with the steamer unit. The unit will develop rust within the first two weeks of use, even if you clean it out and make sure it's dry after every use. The unit also didn't seem to properly maintain temperature no matter what setting you select. After a few more weeks, the steamer refused to generate any steam. It would start and then stop right away, never reaching temperature. I reached out to customer service, and after a lot of back and forth, I finally got a new one three weeks later.I got the new steamer, and it worked for a while. Then, a few weeks later, it again stopped maintaining temperature, but in reverse. I would set it to the number 5 setting, but it would still max out on temperature on some days while staying below temperature on others. I reached out to customer service again and got one of the most insulting reps I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This guy was condescending at every turn and spoke to me like I was stupid. I explained my issues with the first unit and then explained the issue with my second unit. He was focused on the rust part and stated that it's “common knowledge in the steaming community” that you need to use distilled water in the steamer. He insisted that I should have done my research or checked steamer forums. If you are not part of the steaming community and you're coming into this as someone looking for an alternative health benefit, this is not common knowledge and should be clearly detailed in the instructions. None of the instructions mentioned a thing about distilled water. My whole house has a 5-stage filter (100-micron sediment, 50-micron sediment, 5-micron, coconut carbon filter, 0.35 sub-micron filter) system to keep heavy metals out. My lines are all PEX, and our water heater was changed after the filter system was installed two years ago, so our lines are clean and build-up free. Not a single appliance in our house that boils or heats water has a build-up of any kind, nor do they rust. We don't even need to descale our coffee maker because nothing builds up on it.The rep told me they have an upgraded unit they currently use but that they only warranty the heater once, so he was not inclined to send me another. Again, this guy was only focused on the rust and not the fact that the steamers have both failed in their basic function. The steamer also keeps steaming after turning it off, it will continue to heat unless you unplug it. The plug to the steamer gets uncomfortably hot to the point that the outer sleeve of the cable becomes very soft. A properly gauged cable shouldn't do that, especially after just 15-20 minutes of use. It really doesn't seem like a safe product. Long story short, they refused to warranty the item. The rubber hose that connects to the steamer has expanded to the point where it would fall off during use. You have to exit the steamer and try to reconnect it without getting burned. I set my steamer in a permanent spot, so I have never had the need to remove and re-install the hose. It expanded simply because of use.The chair is complete garbage. I'm 140 lbs, and this thing has completely ripped on the left side and is unusable unless you want to fall through. The chair itself has also rusted in multiple places, even with drying. They also refused to send me a new one.The plastic frame has begun to warp because of the heat, and it's starting to bend inward. The red light therapy LEDs are a joke. It's a glorified red LED strip that runs on batteries. The batteries themselves will last maybe 4 or 5 uses before the lights begin to dim. They also don't include any kind of mounting hardware; I had to zip-tie it on. You think you're getting something premium when you order the deluxe version, but you're not. On top of all that, they didn't send it originally when we ordered it. It took 4+ weeks more for us to get the missing part. Imagine my surprise when I received something you can find at a Dollar Tree.Save your money and get something that's actually quality. I regret giving this company any money, they don't even stand behind their own product.
