Ordered sauna and free ice bath 27 November as a Christmas gift, still waiting on delivery even though the page said 3-5 working days. Paid extra for insurance. Keep receiving generic email thanking me for my patience. I am out of patience. No recent replies. No answer on the phone line, request a call back, no one calls back. Very disappointed, feel ripped scammed!
