Still didn’t receive my products. Has been almost a month… reached out multiple times to the support with no help and no reply for almost all of my messages. I don’t know what to do, I feel this is a scam and for the amount of money that I have paid, I am about to report this.Update: after this interaction and receiving an update the product finally arrived.
