Ordered an ice bath 10 days ago, said 3-5 days delivery. Tracking states it's not going anywhere and getting hold of the support team appears useless too. Just be mindful if you're ordering now. I understand it's a busy time, but their responsibility to change the delivery time as I was going to go with a different company who were cheaper but had a longer delivery. Why does it take a poor review on trust pilot to get a response? Your team asked me what my reference number was, 5 days ago. I have emailed 4 times since then and nothing, but you're happy to take my money as quickly as possible?Anyone reading this now (23rd December), still no ice bath, ordered on the 10th and no idea when if/it'll arrive. In answer to my question of a refund, both times it's gone unanswered.....
