Product arrived and had a hole in the lid and threads on one of the drain valves or port was damaged which resulted in a leak. After several back and forth with customer support, they suggested I patch the new lid with the supplied patch kit. This is not acceptable for a new product and poor service asking a new customer to repair a product flaw. I asked them to ship a new complete product and the result was them shipping only a new lid and drain valve to try. To this date, I still have not received the replacement parts nor have I been able to use the Pod Pro. We are coming up to almost 1 month since I initially ordered the Ice Pod Pro and would have expected a quicker response in order to try and rectify the issue.
