As many of you…I have not received the sauna yet. Ordered the Black Friday deal and received the insurance & the ice bath. I’ve contacted the customer support and they emailed back the same response as everyone else has received. The insurance should amount to something for an item not received. I’m truly frustrated since this gift was going to someone who truly needed it for their health. I would love to speak to a live person and get an honest answer! Truly disappointed so far and would not recommend dealing with this company. I know things happen…but, this has been very frustrating. I just want to know if I need to look elsewhere for a sauna! Please contact your customers with better details!
