I purchased a product from this company that had an infrared sauna light addition , this was the only reason I chose this product from the many other cheaper options local options .My items arrived a few weeks later and they sent me the completely wrong product , I contacted them raising this issue , to my shock they replied stating they couldn’t ship the items I ordered to Australia and they offered me a small discount I feel they mislead in advertisement , if you can’t ship a product to a country don’t advertise it , and if you can’t send what a customer orders don’t send a different product and not communicate , I feel if I had not contacted them they would have charged me for a better product and sent a cheaper model .To top it off I’ve asked to send the product back and get a full refundI’ve just received an email with a address in the UK and told to sort this out my self , and they have deducted $80 from my original payment of $480 I would NOT purchase from this company they are misleading and the quality feels like it’s shipped straight from ali express .
