I have ordered the sauna on the 15th of November.I am still waiting for the parcel and I will be going on socials and contacting my bank if this issue isn’t resolved my Monday! This was meant to be a Christmas present for my husband. And although I have received a tracking no. With Evri it seems that the parcel is lost. I have tried to contact Evri with no luck, and been told to wait again.This is unacceptable and hopefully by Monday I will get a resolution.Thanks
