Sauna was ordered two weeks ago with advertised delivery 3-5 days. Calling customer service doesn't help as they advice to wait more. If I would want shipment from China I would use Ali-express which is 4 time cheaper and would probably arrive quicker. Horrible experience as it was present. They scamming people with delivery dates. To many reviews with same problem shows that this is SYSTEMIC.
