I had to contact service regarding the piece that makes the steam because it wouldn’t power on after flipping a breaker and they got back with me within hours. They asked for a video of what it was doing and I sent it. They responded very quickly and are now sending me a new one. This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase. I’d definitely recommend this product. They obviously stand by their product. For full transparency I was within my 1 year warranty. However, my point is that they gave me no hassle like most companies do until you just give up. Great job Nurecover!
