Update from my review belowStill no resolved issue. Still dont have my product in full so i cant use it, or any solutions/product was damaged and a video was sent over/ just lip service to try and show they are doing something. If someone can please get back to me to fix this issue.Im the guy with 12 emails/ 3 VM to your support about my order----------------------------------------------------------This company is horrible at customer service. I bought the sauna and ice bath and I didn’t receive all of the pieces for either the sauna or ice bath. I haven’t heard back from them after 4 emails and a voicemail to try and resolve this issue. Part of my products are either not filled in full or damaged on arrival. If someone would get back to you at all that would be the bare minimum expectation.
