Regret not reading the other reviews. I have not tried the sauna yet, but I got the deal and paid for the sauna with the free ice bath. I hesitated purchasing and they sent me a 15% discount if I was to purchase it right away. Nowhere did it say if I was to use the 15% discount, I would lose out on receiving the free ice bath. I purchased two saunas it’s Christmas gifts with the ice baths. I would not recommend this company as they are not upfront and honest in my opinion. Update: The company did reach out for my information and said they would fix it and respond back. I reached out to them with my information but I have never heard back at all.
