I have been patiently waiting for my steam sauna to arrive for 3 weeks now. (States 3-5day delivery)Was given incorrect tracking details that don’t work. Contacted customer services who apologised and gave me another tracking link that didn’t work but at least i had a tracking number to use for a separate website to find the order that has possibly left china? Really disappointed so far, but if it ever arrives I'm hoping it does what it should. I will gladly update/edit this review after contact or resolution of the matter.
