I placed an order nearly a month ago, in November, just before Black Friday, and I still haven't received the full shipment. To make matters worse, the Black Friday deal was cheaper than what I paid. I reached out to request a refund for the difference since the order is still incomplete, but my request was denied.If this wasn’t a Christmas-related purchase, I would never order from this company again. The waiting time has been excessively long, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing.Long wait times.Poor customer service.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values timely deliveries or responsive service.
