Bought the sauna over a month ago. Got it rather quick but with items missing and other items not functioning properly. Got in contact with them and they said they would ship replacement parts right away. That was over a week ago, got back in touch with them again and they ask me for all the documentation I’ve already provided to them. UPDATE:After another 7 emails and talking to 3 different people. Still no resolution. Still asking for pictures that I’ve already sent to them. If you’re going to buy the sauna, BEWARE, if you don’t get all the parts in the first shipment, you may never get to use it
