Reading their website my husband and I did the Black Friday order. After wanting to see more I looked on tik tok and google to find out this company is a complete scam. I sent an email to cancel a few hours later bc I’m not spending my hard earned money on a company that doesn’t follow through. Long behold I get an email today three days later saying oo we can’t cancel it’s been shipped. Mind you I know shipping labels from a small business. Nothing was shipped only shipping labels made. So they are lieing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They honor NOTHING. I’ll be disputing this order asap. Since they can’t responsibly take cancelations and lie. Also the guy on the phone was a complete D*** told me I have to email for them to cancel not call the number and when I said they won’t respond after the initial sorry we “shipped” he said sorry not my problem.
