I ordered a sauna from Nurecover on the 7th of November, with an advertised delivery time of 3 to 5 days. It has now been 22 days, and I am still waiting for it to arrive.Customer service has been unhelpful, simply stating that I need to wait for it to arrive without offering any concrete updates or solutions. To make matters worse, we are now at Black Friday, and the same sauna has been reduced further in cost, which only adds to the frustration.This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication and delay in delivery have left me regretting this purchase. Based on this, I cannot recommend Nurecover and hope they improve their service in the future.1 star.
