Ordered the pro sauna on the 4th of November and despite it saying roughly 5 days delivery I am still waiting for the product. All as I have got from customer services in the last two weeks is 'sorry for the delay, we will update you soon' l, which they haven't updated me once. Phone lines are automated and knowone calls you back after leaving a message.I am still waiting now!
