I purchased a cheaper version because it had a smaller footprint. It showed up missing couplings and got it all together and there was no zipper to get in and out. Returned it and got this one. Could not be happier. Me brother has a different brand and says his doesn’t get up to a therapeutic heat level. I wanted to do 30 minutes the other day and tapped out at 22 minutes. It gets hot. I encompassed mine with styrofoam insulation because my basement is cold and will get colder in Midwest winter. 5 stars for a portable
