I accidentally placed the order because it auto logged in with Shopify, I immediately requested to cancel via email and phone. No one responded until an hour later. They said they cannot cancel because the order processed, as in a shipping label probably was printed, but on my end on their website it still says unfulfilled. Their customer service was extremely rude and continued to talk over me and would not let me explain. I would never do business with this drop ship company.
