Ordered the sauna pod a few weeks ago. Arrived a few days later. There was a large rip in the cover so cannot be used. I’ve contacted their so called customer service who said they would send a replacement out yet it’s been over two weeks now. So I’ve paid a lot of money for something that’s just sitting in a box. Not good enough!!
