Ordered sauna and ice tub. The sauna works just great and is what I expected. I realized I did not need the tub and never opened it so I got approved to return with a shipping label. Sent it back and was supposed to receive a refund with 7 business days. It's been 7 months and still not have received any help after multiple emails attaching the order number. Support is a joke
