Everything was great until something goes wrong with this company and then they ghost you. I bought the product and shortly afterwards, the steamer unit that came with the order started to melt. Aside from the fact that their product almost caught my home on fire, they've completely ignored my request simply for a warranty replacement of the melted/defective steamer unit. Unless they can make this right, please take your business elsewhere.
