I purchased a sauna which came with a free ice bath and paid $657. I used the sauna twice before the steamer stopped working. I sent multiple videos of the issue. I requested a refund for the steamer which was submitted within 10 days of receiving the order. I was advised I would only receive a refund for the steamer, as this was the faulty part of the product. Although a tent, chair, etc would be no use to me without the steamer and I paid for all items to work together, not separately or I needed to pay to ship all items back which I was estimated 200-300 AUD back to the US. It was suggested to me to purchase a steamer from amazon with the refund funds for the steamer only. I then accepted a replacement steamer to be issued, the steamer arrived and had a non-australian plug, and I was advised to purchase a universal adaptor to use this as they now do not make the steamers with australian cords. I have back and fourth emails within 37 replies, and still my issue has not been resolved. The second steamer has stopped working after I have purchased a universal adaptor and I have given up on this product and company. It has been weeks and I havent received any notification regarding a refund, only that it was issued and nothing sent to my account. Please do not waste your time purchasing this product or emailing this company for assistance to resolve your issue,. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times. I wish I never wasted my time purchasing this product, it has wasted not only my money but my time also, when I thought I was purchasing something that would have many benefits to my health.
