I ordered the most expensive sauna because I really wanted it and of course it came with the pod which I got very quickly and when I checked my emails the sauna and the pod were sent basically on the same day or one day apart. And here I am 2 weeks later and I still have not received the sauna. So I've only put three stars for now. Once I receive the sauna I'm sure I can make that five cuz I have sent a few emails back and forth with Marta and she has been very kind and helpful. So I've been asked to update this review, my only update would be this and I'm trying not to be negative because I'm not a negative person yet when I spend any kind of money in places like Amazon team U AliExpress any of those places. I received my products within 7 days and I live in a rural area of British Columbia and AliExpress. Most of their products come from China and in no time have I ever spent $1,000 in one shot with any of those companies and yet here I have invested a very large amount of money and I still have not received the product. Moving forward when somebody is willing to spend a thousand plus dollars with your company, you should make sure that that product gets to their place in a reasonable time.
