Would give 0 if I could. Asked to cancel my order after ordering, wouldn’t cancel it. I then showed an offer I didn’t get and asked for a screen shot, I provided that in hopes of being reimbursed the offer to now being totally ghosted and no response. Based on the additional reviews, I am now fearful when I inevitably go to return, that too will be an absolute headache. The processes of this is made so difficult to make sure you get stuck with it once you buy. Go elsewhere for the same product, significantly better customer service, and a much better price. I hope someone reaches out to me and remedies these things and I can write a positive review for rectifying this.
