I was torn when submitting this, should I provide 3 stars or 4. I went with 3, because there are a number of little issues that just made 4 stars difficult.First lets start with the product itself, it works, it arrived yesterday and I tried it last night. I was able to get the interior to 40 C at 96% humidity. I followed the so called instructions and after thinking about what I thought they were trying to say, I worked it out without a major disaster. It does what it says it will do so that's why I wanted to rate it. Now for the reason I only gave 3 stars. The Shipping timeline when ordering it indicated it would arrive within a week of the order (7-10 days for Canada). After placing the order, it stated 10 business days, so that was a little annoying, but left it as is and waited. I placed the order on October 4 and it arrived October 22. The item is shipped from China; I ordered 4 small aluminum soccer goals from Temu for about the same price I paid for this Sauna on October 11 and they arrived from China on October 17, so Nurecover need to up their game on the shipping promises. The instructions are terrible including both the assembly guide and operation. So many details missing, including which hose to use inside, outside and how to the place the hose conduit which actually has to be unscrewed and pushed through the small hold on the fabric cover. No where does it say that. Speaking of no information, the so called red light therapy is a strip of red LED's that again have no details on how to connect and where. Now in fairness it's not difficult if you think about it, but the reason for instructions is to avoid assumptions and the information supplied fails to do that completely. The labels on the pump are also poorly chosen, for temperature control, they use the word "gear". I'm not sure what translation program they used, but I would suggest to find another one.As for the rest of the operation instructions, you really have to try and think about what they are saying, the language used is so poor unless you use some common sense to figure out you will make a mistake. The pump came with the handle warped and loose, it wont go back into place, however since I'm leaving it and carrying the water to it, it doesn't bother me too much. The frame materials they use are cheap and bend, the cover has small holes in areas allowing a small steam to escape and the door access could be improved. But the worst part about this system is the chair. I could not believe it when I saw it, it's basically a 5 year old's folding camping chair. Not sure what they are thinking with this one, but I can't imagine anyone in North America being able to use it. In fact it's so small, it would work for kids, however in the operating guide, they specifically state no one under 13 should use the sauna! Seriously, if you are going to include a chair, find something that will not only allow an 6' adult to be able to sit in it, but can handle a minimum of 200 lbs - the chair provided will never be a long term solution for anyone. In the end, if they can improve on the shipping experience, improve the installation and operating guides and ensure the product leaving does not have something broken, the product itself, does the job for the price.
