Received mine last month, and was so excited ! Unfortunately after 3 uses the steam heating part does not work !! I have reached out to this company 3 times with no response ( for 2 weeks now ) and had posted their item all over my social media to recommend , which I am taking down now… I was giving them time to rectify this and contact me with replacement but haven’t heard anything sadly ! It would have been a great item but a company is only as good as their customer service ! Now I will return it for a refund since I never had a response from them to replace the defected item !
