I was able to use my Nurecover Sauna two times. On the third attempt to use it the steaming pot would not work. I looked on line to check chats and trouble shooting. I was very disappointed as I really was looking forward to using it again after the first two uses. I went on line Amazon and ordered a new steam pot. It is a shame, the two for the price of one seemed to good to be true. I am unable to rate the cold bath as I haven’t used it yet. Sincerely disappointed.
