I received a chiller and portable cold pod. Opening the items I was concerned about the quality right off the jump. The hoses, connections, and the little pump that comes with it. Pump looks very underwhelming. Before I put any water in the chiller and pod I emailed customer service with my concerns of the lack of quality that didn’t meet my expectations. I was told once the product was open it was mine with no refunds. Now I'm stuck with this disappointment and will have to spend more money to make it up to my expectations.
