I bought the sauna and a cold plung unit came with it for free,how exciting! We were told that it was going to be delivered in a few weeks maybe. I could not believe my eyes when the email came in saying my Nurecover sauna was being delivered 8-10 or less. 2days later it was on my front porch. we istantly set them both up! My son went first to check it out, ""it is amazing" cold plunge was next, brrrrr "it is amazing MOM". Then I did it, AMAZING was right! we had one issue.....the heating unit went out, BUT, I emailed Nurecover and right away they got back to me. They were very nice. They sent me a free heating unit with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! we recieved the unit within a week or less. WE are so HAPPY with our sauna and cold plung.
