My chiller didn’t work when it arrived, I think the compressor is seized or the motor is bad. Every 30 seconds it makes a loud noise and vibrates like it’s trying to start, but can’t. I’ve probably had 15 emails back and forth with people trying to troubleshoot it and the few ideas they have had didn’t work. I’ve had this thing set up and ready to go for over a month and still don’t have a working chiller, just a tub full of room temperature water. At this point I’m tempted to request a refund and ship it all back. I was excited when I bought this and now it’s just become another stress of life. Why does customer service seem so impossible for companies anymore?
