I received my pod chiller and was excited to set it up. Once assembled I realized the plug was not right and it was not usable. I sent an e-mail expecting the worst. Was surprised to get a response within 5 minutes asking for pictures to clarify issue. Within a few hours of sending the pictures, I received a notice that the correct piece was being shipped and a reply e-mail expressing their apologies.
