Wasn’t a huge fan of the quality of the material and leaking of cold plunge. I emailed the company and got a response within reasonable time. I got the bundle with “free cold plunge”. So felt like I was spending the money anyway but to better my overall wellness. Customer service helped change my mind on my rating. The quality is likely as good as it’s going to get, and same as Amazon ones. It does the job and the sauna is the biggest one I could find without spending thousands on a wooden one.
