I wanted the ice bath, but saw the promotion for free ice bath with purchase of the sauna. I did take the package with a coupon that I found online. The package was $549. I received the sauna in a completely damaged box, without the ice bath. The heater does not even close and one zipper is broken, which make it completely unusable. The customer service confirm that the ice bath was not included, because I use a coupon.I try to get a refund, the return is at your charge. I don’t have any box, since it was destroy in the transport and cost you arm and leg to return it.To conclude, I ask for a replacement, but since, no answer, I have been gosthed.I have a none working sauna and no ice bath….so disappointed.
