Received the steam sauna on time, first use..before I could even jump in. The steam unit gives out cold turkey and will not turn back on. I sent them a video and they sent the second unit out. 5 days late. About to give it another try and same thing happens! Unit goes out before I could even use it. I've left messages and emails with no reply back. I am beyond frustrated with this and want my money back!! Terribly reliable steamers, I am truly disappointed
