Purchased the sauna and ice bath combo. Only the sauna arrived. When I reached out to customer service they informed me that a 20% discount code I used negated the bundle offer. My order summary clearly shows the “free” ice bath included in my purchase. I dont find the price of the sauna only to be a value so I will be returning it. This is clearly a “bait and switch “ tactic on the part of Nurcover.
