I purchased the tropic sauna which included the ice pod at checkout I entered a discount code was then sent email to say they would be delivered separately. Received sauna a week later when I've enquired were ice pod was they said I'm not eligible as I used discount code..there is no mention of this in the advertisement if so I wouldn't have purchased as there our plenty of other companies out there with similar deals .I've now requested a return / refund which they have now gone quiet on .false advertising avoid at all costs
