Chiller not getting the ice bath cold. They sent me a replacement pump still not getting cold. I’ve been messing around with this ice bath for weeks. Asked for a refund which they said no refunds. Website says 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 90 day return policy which is not the case. Definitely would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Search elsewhere!
