Received our sauna, after a few days of not receiving our ice pod I reached-out to customer support. It took DAYS for customer support to finally email me back. I received two emails from two different people/support staff. 1) “Assured” me the ice pod is “on its way”2) the 2nd one said because I used a discount code, they “removed the free ice pod”. -what?! Where does it say that in any writing??After I had placed the order, they sent me an email saying that the ice pod would be shipped separately. So if it was true a “welcome15” discount code removed the ice pod- a) why was it still on the order sheet. b) why would I receive an email post order about it?!Just seems very scammy…Also, around the same time placed an order for the face mask. 9 days of no movement of the “tracking information”…To a review of the sauna and usage. Well it leaks a lot of water during usage- buy lots of towels.The steam machine thing- ya it works. However the buttons don’t work like you would think. Watch videos online.I have a BUNCH of people that were interested in my wife & I results with this & this company. NOT impressed!! I will update this if they make it right. I have been saving screenshots & emails.
