I had purchased a Sauna and was already enjoying that along with the benefits of feeling a lot less stressed, but couldn’t ignore the desire to have the hot > cold > hot experience I read about. The Nurepod after a Sauna is absolutely amazing and really becomes the icing on the cake. Now we have a routine, I jump in the Sauna and wait for my heart rate to build to 120 - 130bpm before jumping over to the cold plunge. Over 3 mins, the heart rate reduces to 60 - 70bpm so I jump back into the Sauna. I used to have regular, almost contact back pain and also in my calve muscles. Thrilled to say that’s all gone now and I hardly ever experience aches and pains. I typically sauna + dip 2 - 3 times a week now. Either in the evening or midday. Very pleased to have taken the plunge. Am much less stressed these days and Blood Pressure has also reduced to support that claim.
