My experience with Nurecover has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple confirmations from their support team stating that my payout has been released, I have yet to receive any payment. I have also not received notifications from Tremendous or Social Snowball regarding this issue. The amount owed to me is still showing as outstanding on the dashboard.The delay in response from the support team, coupled with the fact that I haven’t been paid despite repeated assurances, reflects very poorly on Nurecover’s commitment to their partners. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that fails to deliver on its promises and provides inadequate support.
